The House System
St Christopher’s School has a long-established House system to which all students are assigned.
The Houses are named after birds of prey which are native to the Gulf region and synonymous with Arab culture. The Houses also have colours so that pupils are easily identified in events: Falcon (red), Kestrel (blue), Merlin (green) and Osprey (yellow) . Family members are placed in the same House as their siblings to ensure there is no family rivalry!
Students wear their House colours during events like Sports Days and Swimming Galas. In addition to the sporting side of our House system, students can represent their House in various academic activities, earning House Points for effort, achievement, and good behaviour.
Fair play and active competition are encouraged, and all Houses receive equal applause at the final points announcement.

The Student Journey
We are fortunate to have world class facilities in which to learn and play, and our strive for continuous development means that we are always looking at ways of improving the learning experience for the children, whether through research-based practice, implementation of innovative teaching methods or the enhancement of our physical resources. We are a forward-thinking school which does not ‘sit still’.
