Role Models For The World
Education for a Shared Humanity
At St Christopher's School Bahrain our mission is to provide an Education for a Shared Humanity. To ensure all our students will become Role Models for the World possessing the strength of intellect and character to take responsibility for their actions and contribute meaningfully to our global society.
We value all members of the St Christopher’s community, upholding the core values of caring, honesty and mutual respect, as well as, instilling the St Christopher’s 6Cs in all our students, Compassion, Confidence, Commitment, Courage, Creativity and Curiosity.
Learning to Engage, Engaging to Learn.
The St Christopher’s community relentlessly models all of the school's Missions, Visions and Values as well as our Foundations of Learning so that our young people become autonomous learners and global citizens.
Where Next?
-
Digital
Digital Learning aims to empower learners to participate meaningfully and safely when using technology in social, academic and economic situations.
-
The House System
The Houses are named after birds of prey which are native to the Gulf region and synonymous with Arab culture. The Houses also have colours so that pupils are easily identified in events: Falcon (red), Kestrel (blue), Merlin (green) and Osprey (yellow) . Family members are placed in the same House as their siblings to ensure there is no family rivalry!
-
The Student Journey
We are fortunate to have world class facilities in which to learn and play, and our strive for continuous development means that we are always looking at ways of improving the learning experience for the children, whether through research-based practice, implementation of innovative teaching methods or the enhancement of our physical resources. We are a forward-thinking school which does not ‘sit still’.
