About

Aditya is a Year 13 student who joined St Chris in Year 7

“Being an IB student at St Chris is more than just academics, but also integrating with the community.

IB students are supposed to do a program called CAS, which stands for Creativity, Activity
and Service. This program helps us do is to ensure that we have a balanced academic and social life, ensuring that we volunteer and help our community in any way possible.

In addition to this, IB classes are also extremely personal and instructive. Teachers regularly have a one-to-one basis with students, ensuring that each student understands the topic fully before moving on to the next.

In addition, we're also forced to think about why and how we can apply our knowledge  through the TOK syllabus, which instructs us on how we can think as knowledge acquirers and how we can use the knowledge in everyday life instead of just mugging it up and writing it off for a test.
