On the 23rd, 24th and 25th of January Year 3 visited Saar Mosque. The children were greeted by the Discover Islam staff and were split into groups and given a tour of the Mosque. The children were shown the ablution room, as well as the prayer rooms and other features of a Mosque. The children all enjoyed the trip and were especially delighted when, at the end, the Mosque gave the children a gift of a storybook, carton of juice and bag of crisps.
