On January 15th 2011 every year 9 student experienced a formal interview with their tutor in order to discuss their plans and aspirations for the future. They also used this time to celebrate their successes and achievements both inside and outside of school. The feedback has all been very positive, from both the students and the tutors. The students all found it very enjoyable and rewarding and have used this experience to help focus their minds for their up and coming GCSE option choices. The tutors also learnt a great deal about each and every one of their tutees regarding their future plans and about their vast array of talents.
