Year 7 Seef Mall Investigation

The Year 7 students are currently studying settlements together with the retail industry and to investigate shopping in more detail they went to the Seef Mall in the Seef District of Bahrain.

Their main aim was to find out if and why Seef Mall was such a popular place to shop. They devised several key hypotheses and investigated them by collecting data using questionnaires, pedestrian & traffic counts, Environmental Quality Surveys and Land Use Maps.

The hypotheses that they looked into included:

Does Seef Mall have good accessibility?

Does Seef Mall offer a wide range of goods and services?

Does Seef Mall have a good environmental quality?

The students are currently writing up this project as their major assessment for this term. They need to set out the project using clear guidelines provided by the individual teachers

No doubt they will be interesting to read and of a high standard as always!
