The Year 2 production of the Pied Piper was a roaring success! Our parents were thrilled to see us looking fabulous in our costumes singing and dancing like true professionals. Villagers danced merrily, rats exploded into a funky break dancing routine during the Rat Dance before the poor children were led off in a trance by the Piper’s haunting tune. There was sensational singing from the choir as well as outstanding, animated solo performances from the Mayors, Treasurers and Pipers. We all worked very hard at learning out lines, speaking confidently in loud voices and perfecting dance routines. Many thanks to all those who were involved in making this magnificent performance possible. We think it is fair to say that the Piper really did make a song and dance about the hundred silver pieces owed to him!
