What a fantastic afternoon was had by all in Year 1 on Thursday afternoon. We had a super turn-out for our tea party with a variety of family members: from Mums and Dads to brothers and sisters and even uncles and grandparents. It was interesting to see the family trees being completed and to see how wide spread the families of our St Christopher’s children really are. The children enjoyed being able to show their families their new learning environment, particularly Aladdin’s cave in the Activity Street. The Year 1 children also had a chance to film their families using the new Flip cameras – I’m sure we have a few budding film makers already!

Thanks must go to the Year 1 team and children for their hard work in getting the Activity Street ready so quickly, and of course to the families who came and attended this very successful event.
