Tribal Fitness sessions in Year 5

 

During science last week, the children were treated to a session with Tribal Fitness trainer, Craig Heslop.  Part of the “Keeping Healthy” unit of work involves learning about the relationship between the heart, lungs, muscles and exercise.  So what better way to illustrate this than a boot camp with a personal trainer?  Craig discussed this relationship and then put the children’s theories to test through a demanding assault course, running aerobic task and other fun games.  Fun was had by all and yes the children did leave exhausted!!
