On Sunday 24th October, Year 6 donned their swimming kit ready to compete in their inter-house swimming gala. The atmosphere was exciting as Falcon, Kestrel, Merlin and Osprey held their flags high and carried their mascots to the swimming pool, cheering for their team. Each race was 25m and each House was represented by enthusiastic and determined swimmers. Swimmers competed in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. They also joined forces in both freestyle and medley relays. It was a close competition and the final results were:

• 1st Place - Falcon (200 House points)
• 2nd Place - Osprey (175 House points)
• 3rd Place - Kestrel (150 House points)
• 4th Place - Merlin (125 House points)

Well done to all swimmers. You showed great sportsmanship and team spirit!
