You will be given a broad understanding of Art and Design and the best opportunity to develop your skills and artistic awareness. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of ways and with a variety of materials. The course will be project based. Each theme will be researched and developed toward a final outcome which can be any medium.
You must be committed to hard work and be willing to sacrifice a good deal of time to reach the high standards expected. Homework will be given every week which will need to be done in preparation for lesson time. It will be important that you have access to materials and equipment at home in order to accommodate your personal research.
