Our very own Sam Hobday has been chosen to participate in the 2010 Callaway Junior Golf Championships in the USA this summer. Sam has been playing golf since the age of two and will now join golf greats such as Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson and Ernie Els who have previously taken part in the golf tournament.

Sam has worked his way to a handicap of five and has won a number of different competitions including the 2010 Royal Golf Club junior category where he beat over 70 youngsters to be crowned champion.

The championship will be kicking off on July 12th in San Diego, where Sam will compete in the four round tournament against competitors from Europe, Asia and Latin America. Everyone at St Chris would like to wish him the best of luck in the competition.
