A record crowd came along to Rock'n'Pop this year and we made a good contribution to the Haiti Earthquake Relief Fund as a result. It was a fantastic team effort with Mobeen and the Senior School Council doing an amazing job last weekend and this weekend. Bahrain Rugby Club was a great venue and we appreciate the fact that they could accommodate us after last weekend's freak weather meant the event had to be postponed for a week. The mix of bands and music was testament to the talent at our school - grunge, punk, beat boxin', classic rock, blues, guitar battles, a mixture of original material and covers from Oasis, Journey, Red Hot Chill Peppers, Slayer and other icons! It was a great night, a great crowd and a great cause. Thanks to everyone involved in putting it together. BD 750 was raised to support Haiti.
