Teachers stay for an average of around five years with several remaining much longer enjoying the school, the lifestyle, the country and the climate. 40% of our 2000+ pupils are British; the remainder represent 64 or so other nationalities. 2008 'A' level pass rate: 100% (97% in 2007); 63% A+B; 94%+ GCSE entries graded A*-C (93% in 2007); 98% of students obtained 5 or more at A*-C.
