Miaow…miaow….Miaowwwww!! Sorry, you caught me singing a few of my favourite songs from the Year 3 and 4 Singalong. Lovely singing everyone – it was paw-tappingly good! It is always a busy time of year and especially busy if you are a cat with all that sunshine to sleep in!
I had to put on my water wings and rubber ring so I could join in with the Nursery and Reception children on their Summer Fun Day! There was water everywhere and you know how I hate to get my glossy fur wet. I might have looked a bit silly in my water gear but not half as silly as Mrs V!
The Year 6 children visited the Senior School so they could see what it was like when they join it in September. As Head Cat, I thought I better tag along just so they didn’t set fire to anything with the Bunsen burners. I don’t think they have a school cat there…but they do have a tuck shop so maybe I should pop over more often?
There have also been lots of swim galas with the Year 1 and Year 2 children doing their stuff in the pool. It was great but not one child caught a tuna for me! Next time, guys!
Swimming, singing, eating tuna (Ahem)…busy, busy times. I am also heavily involved in putting High School Musical together. You can’t have missed all the preparations going on for this Year 5 and Year 6 spectacular show. It’s looking good…although I’m not sure the cheerleader costume is really me.
See you later!
