It goes without saying, that… WE ARE VERY PROUD OF OUR STUDENTS and (this is a crucial aspect of our school) this isn’t limited to the academically talented. Those who do not achieve the highest grades are equally valued for the fine efforts that they put into their work.

These figures stand comparison with independent schools in the United Kingdom and are even more creditable since our entry requirements for A-level are significantly lower than those required to enter Sixth Forms in typical independent schools.

International Baccalaureate  Diploma Programme results 

The percentage of St Chris students achieving 30+, 35+ and 40+ IB points is significantly higher than the world average.


GCSE results are such that, typically, 95% of students achieve on-target or higher levels.

Key Stage 1 & 2 Results 

In May 2016, pupils in KS1 and 2 sat the new national curriculum assessments. These assess the more challenging national curriculum which was introduced in 2014. In a change from the old system of levels, results are now expressed as scaled scores. Pupils with a scale score of 100 or above are deemed to be meeting national expectations.
