Governors give generously of their time and expertise for the benefit of the school. Their main concern is with long-term policy and direction, while the management of the school is delegated to the Principal. Up to eight Board members are nominated by the Founder Companies (FG). Other members consist of four elected parent-governors (PG), the Provost of St. Christopher's Cathedral, and one member nominated by the Bahrain Ministry of Education. The board, at its discretion, may co-opt two other members.
