Students from St Christopher's School were lucky enough to receive some coaching from a host of cricketing legends. The children had a chance to bat and bowl against legends such as
Geoff Cook: England 7 tests, 6 ODIs (1981-3), now coaches Durham CCC
Haroun Rashid: Pakistan 23 tests, 12 ODIs (1977-83), now heads the Pakistan Cricket Academy
Mushtaq Mohammed: Pakistan 57 tests, 10 ODIs (1959-79), captained Pakistan on 19 occasions
Anshuman Gaekwad: India former test batsman, national selector and coach
Geoff Cook was so impressed that he decided to come back to school for an extra few days coaching. He provided the senior school students with a Cricket Clinic on coaching, various batting, fielding and bowling skills. He commented that "they were as talented aa any group of children that he coaches".

Thanks to David Axtell for arranging the trip.
