This February all 121 students in Year 11 climbed the equivalent of Mount Everest. 8,850 m in 20 minutes for charity.

We raised a staggering BD 5,500 for local Bahraini charities and presented the cheques to the BSPCA and the Palm Association. Representatives for both charities spoke to the whole Year Group, expressed their thanks and explained how the money would be put to good use. The top fund raisers in the Year Group each recieved a prize, generously donated by local businesses.

Thanks to the friends and family who sponsored the students and to the tutors for their hard work on the day itself and for collecting all the money.
