Careers Fair

On Monday 7 March 2011, all Year 11 students at St Christopher’s School attended the annual Year 11 Careers Fair. The Careers Fair is an opportunity for students to engage in conversation with Bahrain based professionals representing a wide range of careers. A total of 23 careers were represented this year and included Accountancy, Architecture, Banking and Human Resources, Commercial Diving, the Diplomatic Corps, Engineering, Journalism, Law and Management. In addition to the Careers Fair, all Year 11 students are currently having individual meetings with the School’s Careers Advisor, Mr Jim Rowark, to discuss their Post-16 Education choices, university destination and preferred career field. The Careers Fair proved to be highly informative and we are extremely grateful for the support of the professionals who gave up their valuable team to assist the students in their decision-making.
