As an entry point to our study, F1, all the children visited the Bahrain International Circuit: ‘home of Formula One in the Middle East’. Whilst there, we had a fantastic time, looking out from the King’s Sakhir Tower, seeing the control centre, where the race is coordinated, looking at (and listening to) some of the other cars and racing around the track in the inaugural St Christopher’s bus race (Just kidding; we barely made it out of second gear).
