On Tuesday 12th April all the Infant and Junior children took part in Science Day! Everyone had fun learning all about science through exciting ‘hands on’ experiments and investigations planned and organised by the children.

It was lovely to see the older children showing the younger ones around the science stalls and asking them questions and explaining what was happening.

From using senses to explore bugs in spaghetti to fabulous investigations using electric circuits, all the children extended their science knowledge and developed a real sense of the wonder of science.

Thank you to all the staff, parents and children for making it a great Day!

Wednesday 28th April was a very busy day with more than 1000 Infant and Junior children all participating in Science Day!
This was a day when classes could show the fun and excitement, and of course, the educational benefits of hands-on science investigations.
It was lovely to see the children also having a go at making some of their own marvellous experiments at home and showing great enthusiasm in demonstrating them to their friends.
The day was a great success with all the children working and communicating together. The older children were great at showing the younger ones around the science stalls and explaining the science behind them.
Thank you to all the staff, parents and children for making it a great WOW Science Day!
